Resilient Runner
An oldie but goodie! Way back in 2020 when we all were separated, I had fun seeing friends on zoom working as an after-run stretch sesh. Enjoy this 75 minute vinyasa based class with a deep rest in savasana at the end. Your muscles - and your nervous system - will thank you! NOTE: these Resilient Runner classes are specific for runners and those without movement precautions. These are great classes, but not for those with scoliosis, hyperkyphosis or fusions - check the spine smart yoga for those!
